Tristar is truly a distinctive lender. They provide best rates and guide you through all potential roadbumps. Everyone we worked with (Marcos, Brittany, Ashley, Hailey, Patrick, Seth) made sure that we progressed towards closing. They made sure that underwriting was provided all the information timely so that we were able to waive financing contingency when the seller asked us to waive the contingency. When we had another problem with a small appraisal fix, they were able to come up with a solution very quickly. Tristar is very easy to work with, full of solutions (so long as you are reasonable and not attempting to fraud), and unbelievably supportive.

These guys made my closing possible in less than 2 weeks after sharing that rate. Some of my closing time was wasted by the previous lender's appraiser and these guys tie up with good appraisers as well - who got back in time. I can say one thing - these guys stick to their word. Seth and his team had been a tremendous support in making our request for a VA loan refinancing a pain -free process helped secure almost 100% cash out based on the equity of our house. Our refinancing with Petros went very smoothly. Petros was efficient, honest, hard working, followed through exactly as promised, and came in thousands of dollars cheaper than either my previous lender or a traditional brokers. We closed in less than 30 days after locking our rate. My only gripe is that Petros forgot a few charges on the initial good faith estimate; however, after this initial mistake was fixed, the final charges ended up being lower than his revised estimate.Very positive experience overall.

Tristar is truly a distinctive lender. They provide best rates and guide you through all potential roadbumps. Everyone we worked with (Marcos, Brittany, Ashley, Hailey, Patrick, Seth) made sure that we progressed towards closing. They made sure that underwriting was provided all the information timely so that we were able to waive financing contingency when the seller asked us to waive the contingency. When we had another problem with a small appraisal fix, they were able to come up with a solution very quickly.
